Facility Management System

Introduction :

GSM Service provider no longer need to worry about management, maintenance, monitoring and transmission of signal to control room, entire job of BTS room. Facility Management System is a great improvement technology to the telecommunication sector. FMS is a giant robot to carry out the entire task to a BTS room. FMS is a unique micro-processor based integrate monitoring station. FMS automatically manage the whole equipment of the BTS room. FMS is equipped with Air-Cooler Control Panel, Digital Fire Panel, Digital Aviation Light, Generator's Digital Auto Transfer Switch (DATS), Door Sensor, Water Sensor, Rectifier Fail Alarm, Generator Fail Alarm etc. Multiple Function Activate by the Facility Management System.

Air-Cooler Control Panel :

FMS is equipped with Air-Cooler Control Panel, which operate the two Air-Cooler as per time selection if any one Air-Cooler make disorder then another one restart. When room temperature become above then 30°C then both two Air-Cooler start. Whether room temperature come down bellow 10°C then both two Air-Cooler shut-down.

DIGITAL FIRE PANEL :

FMS is equipped with Digital Fire Panel. Digital Fire Panel Automatically shut down the two Air-Cooler when sudden caught fire and instantly fire-on from the fire extinguish cylinder and among them transmit the alarm signal to RBS or NMC. High temperature sensor and smoke detector make impulse to RBS to NMC.

DIGITAL AVIATION LIGHT :

FMS is design with Digital Aviation Light converter and the converter is switching on-off the Aviation Light of the Tower and photo-cell is sensing the day light.

DIGITAL AUTO TRANSFER SWITCH :

FMS is also design with digital Auto Transfer switch. When PDB power supply fail DATS check the voltage level of the Battery of BTS room. Whether Battery voltage become bellow of 48 volt or 24 volt then stop the Generator. Again whether BTS room temperature become above than 30°C then DATS start the Generator and when room temperature down to 26°C then stop the Generator. Digital Auto Transfer Switch have cooling down function, at the time of a running Generator stop initially shut-down all the equipment of BTS room then after three minuets finally stop the Generator.
Rectifier Error : When rectifier make disorder, FMS will instantly transmit signal to RMS or NMC.
Door Water :FMS also design with water and door sensor.
